One of the first challenges I faced as a foreigner in Korea was getting a registered phone number. It’s essential for ordering delivery, making online purchases, and creating accounts—but the process was far from straightforward. Getting started required hours of research and multiple visits to KT, one of Korea’s major telecom providers. Today I would like to share a glimpse of what a weekend in Seoul can look like. Nestled in the outer part of Seoul, Suraksan Mountain (수락산) offers a peaceful retreat from the bustling city.
